My Best Friend
Paula, one of my best friends, is a special person. She is the same age with me, but much taller than I am. We were classmates in senior high school three years before, and now study at different Universities. Even though, just see each other twice or three times a year, we still keep in tough. We never stop writing to each other; this is a good way to hold a good friendship.
Paula major in Foreign Languages （in applied group.） She works hard to try herself best. She always knows what she wants, what she needs, and what she should do. She wants to get good points, so spends lots of time studying and doing homework every day. She knows herself: she is not smart than other people, but “Practice makes perfect.” She never stops until to get her goal.
Paula is a true friend for me because she can tell me my bad points, and be honest to me. When I feel down, she gives me a hand. If got something new, she will share with me. She always feels happy after read my letters, and soon writes back. We have been friends over five years, and learned from each other a lot. We made many cherishing memories together. I believe that we can keep writing letters more five years. A good friend is treasure. I must do all can do to hold this friendship.
